Call Center Solutions
DialVision is a 100% Web-based application
and Software Dialer. Agents access the software through a Web Browser. The SQL
Server database is accessed via the Web Server. The Servers and database may be in
the same room as the Agents, or the Servers and Database literally could be half way
around the world. An Internet link is all it takes for the Caller to get access to
the database.
