use the software through traditional licensing, or they can rent the software over the
Internet.
Web-based
Software Dialer
DialVision is a 100% Web-based application
and Software Dialer. Agents access the software through a Web Browser. The SQL
Server database is accessed via the Web Server. The Servers and database may be in
the same room as the Customer
Service Agents, or the Servers and Database literally could be half way around
the world. An Internet link is all it takes for the Caller to get access to the
database.
DialVision is being used for fund-raising,
student recruiting, alumni surveys, student retention, and random polling, ticket sales,
etc.
